McKenzie LLP was established in 1996 by our founding partner Isabel McKenzie – originally as an Equal Opportunities consultancy.
In 2026, (thirty years later) we remain the leading UK Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Dignity at Work specialists. We have worked with nearly 1000 UK organisations (and overseas) to develop initiatives, developments, projects, e-learning and training in this area.
