Overview:

DIVERSITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

As the profile of people, ways of working and the expectations of colleagues in the workplace continues to evolve, our daily interactions with colleagues, as leaders, has to evolve also.

In 2025, promoting Inclusion, Dignity, Fairness and Respect at work has probably never been a more relevant consideration for leaders. However, many managers still view Inclusivity as a matter for either H.R. departments or other inhouse specialists.

This event comprehensively explores what inclusive leadership is and the the language, behaviours and actions required to truly embed Inclusivity as part of everyday leadership interactions and not simply an ‘add on’ to consider occasionally.

Event Overview:

The events typically begin by exploring clear definitions of Diversity, Equality and  Inclusion and how Inclusive Leadership is effectively embedded into daily workplace activities such as daily communications, team briefings, meetings, written and verbal communications, appraisal of activities and individual / team motivation.
