McKenzie is a specialist (not generalist consultancy) and provide professional support and guidance exclusively within the areas of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Dignity at Work.
Formed in 1996, in 2025, we are now celebrating our twenty nineth year of providing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) support and training to our partner organisations. We work with a very broad range of organisations (size and sectors) and in 2025, continue to support organisations we have worked with for over 20 years. Our work typically includes advising on exemplar practice, undertaking external EDI audits, design and delivery of specialist in house training (via virtual and on site options) and providing other specialist EDI resources and support.

Dignity at Work Training a very high profile area and remaining in the national news on a regular basis. With the recently introduced duty in 2024 to prevent sexual harassment at work, there has never been a more relevant time to update your policies, provide refresher training for staff and work with managers to help to both identify and informally resolve dignity at work issues.
