Overview:
If it is a little while since you last delivered Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training, you may appreciate that things have changed a lot recently.
Areas such as Intersectionality, White Privilege, Gender Identity and Neurodiversity are well and truly changing the EDI landscape.
A continued story of Dignity at Work issues from some high profile organisations this year combined with changes to the law e.g. Participating fully in working life (Disability regulations) and the preventative duty (sexual harassment) means there is a lot going on !
Our refresher training provides all employees with the essential, knowledge skills and confidence to understand and effectively embrace workplace Diversity and Inclusion in 2025.
