In 2013, Workplace Bullying, Harassment and promoting Dignity at Work are critical and topical considerations in all organisations. This can include, for example, inappropriate use of language, use of social media (in work or personal time), workplace 'banter' and inappropriate or outdated styles of leadership.
McKenzies provide modern and interactive Workplace Bullying and Dignity at Work at Work training and coaching. Our programmes are designed to provide clarity, guidance and direction for managers and staff by defining what workplace bullying and harassment is, the consequences to individuals, teams and organisations and how to prevent it by using appropriate behaviours, skills and language.
To effectively learn and explore this subject, delegates need to be engaged with both their 'hearts' and their 'minds'. We have devoted considerable expertise to providing a quality learning experience using modern, practical and interactive audio visual based adult learning. Delegates spend the majority of their time 'doing' whilst they are learning. Event includes electronic copies of event materials and optional workbooks / learning guides. Our materials were last updated in September 2013.
One to one coaching is offered to meet the needs of individual people and circumstances.
