In 2013, Bullying, Harassment and promoting Dignity at Work are critical and topical considerations in all organisations.This can include, for example, inappropriate use of language, use of social media (in work or personal time), workplace 'banter' and inappropriate or outdated styles of leadership.

McKenzies provide modern and interactive Dignity at Work / Bullying at Work training. Our programmes are designed to provide clarity, guidance and direction for managers and staff by defining what bullying and harassment is, the consequences to individuals, teams and organisations and how to prevent it by using appropriate behaviours, skills and language.
