Overview:

McKenzies provide a one day Equality Impact Assessment training course to provide delegates with the necessary knowledge, skills. confidence and sources of information required to effectively complete and Equality Impact Assessment or Analysis (EqIA). For the uninitiated, an EqIA (now referred to as an Equality Impact Analysis) is a systematical analysis of your policies and activities to identify potential risks of inequalities to different groups of people.

McKenzies have worked within the area of EqIAs since their original introduction in 2000 and offer an Equality Impact Assessment training course which is interactive, modern and thought provoking.

Effective completion of an Equality Impact Analysis requires a unique blend of technical awareness and lateral thinking skills. We can provide the systems, expertise and if required, template documentation developed to the latest standards to help you in this this area. Our EqIA documentation was last updated in May 2013 to reflect the most recent legislative requirements and approaches required within this area.
