Equality and Diversity Training – Overview:
McKenzie specialises in the design, delivery and evaluation of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Dignity at Work training and coaching. Our work involves a complete range of delivery options from one to one coaching, small focus groups, training courses and seminars. We design and deliver modern, interactive engaging training aimed to provide the best possible learning experience whilst imparting the necessary skills, knowledge, confidence and behaviours required to embrace Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in both the workplace and within service delivery. We use modern technology – including the use of tablet computers for delegates to maximise interactivity and learning experience.
Bespoke Training Options
Note we do not generally deliver ‘off the shelf’ training and almost always work with our partner organisations to produce interactive training options to match exact organisational needs and requirements.
