Overview:

If your organisation is public sector (or public sector regulated) you will no doubt be aware of the statutory obligations to write and publish equality schemes and to perform assessments of all your activities to measure their impact on different sections of your workforce and customers. This is also an area considered during external auditing. This workshop is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to Equality Impact Assessments and explores how and why these should be completed within organisations.

The workshop uses the latest interactive audio visual based adult learning technologies and is presented by one or more of the senior partners at McKenzies.
