Equality Impact Assessments
If your organisation is public sector (or public sector regulated) you will no doubt be aware of the statutory obligations to write and publish equality schemes and to perform assessments of all your activities to measure their impact on different sections of your workforce and customers. This is also an area considered during external auditing. McKenzies have worked within the area of Equality Impact Assessment since their introduction in 2000 and is accredited by the Audit Commission for the purposes of providing Equality Impact Assessment training and guidance.
