Other diagnostic options

In addition to diagnostic questionnaires, McKenzies offer a suite of additional options to allow you to gain both quantitative and qualitative data from your employees and service users in relation to how diversity and equality is currently managed within your organisation. These include:

One to One Interviews:

McKenzies can perform confidential structured interviews with an agreed sample of your employees or service users. We use a structured interview process and compare responses to an objective competency matrix.

Post interviews, we can analyse all data and produce a professional report and presentation which we often use in subsequent development events – for example as part of senior management briefing. Click Here to see a sample report (Powerpoint Presentation - 2.2MB).

Many of our customers tell us that compiling such an accurate picture of the current status proved to be invaluable in gaining 'buy in' from the organisation and removing common resistance factors (e.g. “there is no problem here etc”). Our customers also tell us that the confidential nature of the interview process and the involvement of an external consultancy results in a much greater degree of candour from interviewees.

Focus Groups:

Similar in format to the above interview process involving larger groups of employees.
