We can work in partnership with you to help design, develop and implement your equality and diversity initiatives. This can range from helping you devise your organisational strategy, delivering awareness training or helping you prepare for an external audit.
The way we will work with you will be completely dependent on your requirements, current status, vision, strategy and budget.

- Listen to you and your requirements
- Perform a McKenzie Diversity Health Check with you. This is an illustrative assessment of the current status of equality diversity and inclusion in your organisation and some example recommendations
- Demonstrate example McKenzie learning products and discuss how these can be used as part of an interactive and engaging programme of learning and development
- Demonstrate example approaches to equality and diversity diagnostic questionnaires
- Show you our model of the business benefits for embracing equality and diversity within your organisation – which can greatly assist in achieving 'buy in'
- Provide example documentation of how we have previously worked with our partner organisations to achieve success in this area
