Procurement processes (particularly within the public sector) are now subject to stringent procedures and guidelines which include the requirement for organisations to demonstrate how equality and diversity is managed within their own organisations. This workshop explores what you need to do within your organisation to meet common procurement requirements, how to effectively integrate equality and diversity considerations into your tendering submissions and example best practices from UK organisations.
