How might McKenzie work with you ?

Dignity at Work Training
McKenzie has worked with a large number of organisations in this area. Whilst of course, all organisations are different, our experience indicates that problems relating to dignity at work can often be related to:
- Staff objecting to what is legitimate performance management action
- Old fashioned, aggressive or autocratic management styles
- Demands of an organisation - including change and restructuring
- Harassment from the public e.g. from customers
- Inappropriate workplace behaviour, language or actions from all levels of employees
McKenzie can work with you to develop robust initiatives to reduce both the perception and incidence of bullying and harassment. This includes the design of bespoke, interactive and engaging training designed to address all of the above points.
